“I came for a birthday party and I personally love the place, it’s very safe , my kids had so much fun. They have so much things for all ages. My kids are already asking to come again. We will definitely be returning for all the fun thank you for having us.”

“First time coming to this place. We were very excited since it’s new and we saw it on social media. We gave it one star because the front desk lady named Mitzy was very rude. I asked her if we can pay the price that’s listed on the front door for 5-12months old for my daughter who’s 11 months old. She looked at my baby in disbelief and said “that’s a big baby!” I told her, “ok every child is different” she kept saying how mine is above other kids etc and at this point my kids just wanted to play so for them we paid. As I’m signing the waiver I tell her that was she said was rude and to please not say that to any other parent because every child is different and her comment can come off as rude. She continue to say how mine is too big. I asked if she had kids of her own, as she responded, “no but I have cousins and they’re not that big” I responded with “that makes sense”. Extremely rude. Instead of apologizing she insisted on the conversation. Also the restrooms are very gross and we arrived 30mins after the establishment opened. We planned on getting a membership till ms. Mitzy was rude. Another concern - as you can see the cleaning lady is on social media with cleaning products while establishment is open during business hours. There are kids playing and we see this. That’s not ok. Never have I seen this.”
