“We hosted our daughter’s 2nd birthday here and it was a great success. When we first came to view the venue the owners were gracious and let our little one play for free that day and that small gesture was very appreciated. She loved it we came back to play before her party date because she enjoys it there so much. It really has great variety and options for kids to engage in different playtime and activity, suitable for various ages. The owners were accommodating with the time of the party which would normally be during free play hours & not all places would be so helpful. Everything is always clean and well kept. On the day of our party we were so pleased to see the beautiful decorations. The staff was so kind and helpful we really cannot say enough great things about them. They were flexible with chain of events and activities to accommodate the kids, they had so much fun playing in the space they couldn’t be bothered with activities which is a great thing. Plenty of space for adults to gather and eat as well, we had a large party & the space is very accommodating. We look forward to play dates and future parties here, thank you to the wonderland playhouse team for making our little girl’s birthday so memorable & special.”

“We just hosted my daughter’s first birthday party at Wonderland Playhouse, and it was truly the perfect venue. Gabrielle, the owner, was incredible-she answered every text and question I had, no matter the time, which made the entire process completely stress-free. Hosting was so easy because they handle almost everything for you, allowing me to genuinely enjoy both the planning and the party itself. Their in-house decorator transformed the private party room to match my vision perfectly. It was absolutely stunning-she is so talented and exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone had an amazing time, both kids and adults alike. I couldn’t be happier that we chose such wonderful people and such a beautiful space to host such a special milestone.”

“This is a very cute, small indoor playground. I really appreciated that you have to be buzzed in to enter, which adds an extra level of safety for the children. My son had a nice time and was very engaged exploring the space. The play area is colorful, and for a smaller location, there is actually quite a lot for kids to do. The staff was friendly and consistently trying to tidy up-picking up balls from the pit and organizing toys as children played. One thing that would have been helpful was a sign or notification letting guests know there was a semi-private party taking place, as the space felt quite crowded. While the children were not aggressive toward my son, I did notice that some parents were not closely supervising their children. In one situation, a child was hitting others while the parent remained seated near the entrance and could not see him. I think gently enforcing the rule that parents actively supervise their children would make the environment feel safer for everyone. I also noticed a child bringing food into the ball pit. Although the parent did remove the child, the balls in that area were not cleaned afterward. In another instance, a grandparent changed a child’s diaper on the edge of the ball pit and then allowed the child to return to the play area with shoes on. Perhaps during events, it might help to have one staff member focused on the main play area and another dedicated to the party space. Additionally, the baby gate did not feel very secure, as older children were able to open it easily. I found myself repeatedly closing it to ensure my toddler didn’t wander out. Some of the activities were also not working at the time of our visit-my child especially enjoys the suction wall, but none of the pieces were functional, and one of the spinning wall features was broken. Overall, this is a fun place and my son truly enjoyed his visit. The staff is very kind, and with a bit more supervision, improved cleanliness, and some maintenance to the equipment, I think it could be even better. Despite these issues, I would still recommend you give the place a try.”
