“I rarely ever get around to writing reviews, but after hosting my son’s 5th birthday party here this past weekend, it would just be wrong not to commend such an outstanding place and service… first off we’ve been to several birthday parties here and out of all the play places we’ve been to, this one is by far the cleanest and most well run and kept… the staff are all truly SO nice every time we’ve been here even as a regular patron. However, while hosting our own birthday party, their level of kindness is on a whole new level. I was joking to my friends that I felt like a (stress-free) bride on my wedding day! I lost track of the number of times our amazing host, Helena, asked me, “Mom, do you need anything?” From walking my (usually very shy) son into the party room, taking his jacket from my hands while I chatted with a friend, taking ALL the photos I didn’t even realize I’d want, and at the end, even taking my son to the coat room to put his shoes on while I ran to say goodbye to another friend… she was AMAZING. I never thought hosting a kid’s party could be so enjoyable and fun! You can book everything online beforehand, they communicate with you regularly without being overbearing, and were SO SO accommodating with a million last minute changes we had to make due to extenuating circumstances even though their policies state they have no need to be. As other reviews have mentioned, the hosts pack up all your gifts and leftover food for you and literally insist on helping you load your car for you… you as a parent truly feel like a VIP and even though you only spend a limited amount of time in the party room, the hosts make it efficient, effective and fun! Thank you Helena and all the other coaches who made us enjoy our son’s party almost as much as he did… the decor was OUTSTANDING and randomly, all our guests loved the cake and the penne vodka in case anyone is considering what to order :) Unless something drastic changes, we will be back next year to host his 6th party!”

“As a mom who loves planning events and going all out with decorations, it was hard for me to hand over control... but I’m so glad that I did because they did an incredible job! From the moment we walked in, everything was already taken care of. We were greeted by two great hosts who made sure our guests knew exactly where to go, where to leave their belongings, and could immediately start playing. Even with a good number of kids there, the space never felt overwhelming like many indoor play places do; everything felt organized and well managed. The decorations were beautiful, the room was perfectly set up, and everything stayed on track the entire time. When it was time to move into the party room, the transition was seamless. The staff was so kind and thoughtful, even offering to take photos for us so we could actually enjoy the moment instead of managing it. The kids had an amazing time, the space was clean (as always), and the staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything! Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to host a stress-free and memorable birthday party!! We ended up extending our play because no one wanted to leave 😆”

“Hosted my son’s second birthday party here and they did an amazing job. The decor was EXACTLY as pictured. It looked even better in person! The space was huge there was so much to choose from for all ages. It was extremely clean and you could tell it’s well cared for. They accommodated my party and I so well and were extremely helpful and friendly. We ran late due to car troubles and they were so understanding. The manager who I spoke to was delightful and helpful. Thank you to Ash for being such an amazing host! I forgot the other young ladies name I apologize but she was great as well. She carried my son in and showed him around the room. The front desk person was also super nice at checkout and made everything easy. We will definitely be back and he had a great time. Thank you to the whole team!”

“This weekend, we celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday party at Xtreme Energy Paramus, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it as it is, by far, the best play place we have ever visited in terms of cleanliness, staff, and overall service. Our host, Helena, and Shelbee at the front desk were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and demonstrated top-tier service skills. Everything was meticulously organized and well-thought-out, from the impressive decorations to the wonderful atmosphere Helena created. We continuously received compliments from other parents about the venue and the high level of service provided. It is truly the best playroom in our area to have birthdays at! Thank you so much!”
