It was an awesome time. I got my steps in and shots in too. It's a really good time for people who are competitive and want to take each other out.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Works across a wide age range — staff adjust game modes for younger or less experienced players, making it accessible from around age 6. Competitive teens and adults gravitate to the higher-intensity modes. The addition of bowling and arcade means non-laser-tag family members have options.

“Signed up for 5 boys for bday party, not knowing what we were getting into. Good laser tag game, good tech, good help/support/employees . Also has a lot of bowling lanes, good arcade, food and bar. Really cool spot, look forward to going back.”

“Located approximately 20 minutes from Worcester, this laser tag facility offers an expansive and enjoyable experience for all age groups. Each game is priced at $10, and the arena can accommodate up to 16 participants simultaneously. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, providing a thorough explanation of the rules and gameplay mechanics. For those who prefer to observe, viewing windows are available, though visibility may be partially obstructed. We anticipate a return visit. Additionally, a bowling alley is conveniently situated next door.”

“Contacted to make a reservation for a large school group where we have gone here a couple of times. The manager wouldn't take us because of an error on HIS end from a previous time where he booked us under the wrong day. He's holding a grudge and it wasn't even my fault. We had a larger group of kids and needed to go to a different place where they could accommodate the change in number. I called ahead and let them know that. He is rude and told me he wouldn't let us reserve there because we "didn't show up". But he didn't have us in the correct day as it was. Things happen, especially with a large group. I communicated the change of plan. I didn't just not show up. He was arguing with me over the phone and was very unprofessional. I would go elsewhere simply for the fact he's rude and doesn't know what customer service means.”
