1 / 2Adventure Crossing USA
π Jackson Township, NY
Large entertainment complex with go-karting, arcade, axe throwing, and golf simulators under a massive indoor dome. Great variety but inconsistent organization.
This is an AMAZING place! There is so much to do already and there is still more being built. The food and service inside the Dome is outstanding. Arcade, golf, axe throwing - you name it and it's here. A great place to bring the family and spend time together.
π Family Action Verdict
Adventure Crossing offers great variety with go-karting, arcade, golf, and axe throwing that can entertain families for hours. However, significant operational issues including poor organization, cleanliness problems, and inadequate weather preparation make this a risky choice. Best suited for families willing to gamble on inconsistent service in exchange for multiple activities under one roof.

βAwesome spot. The food at the bar was very good. Recommend pizza and wings. Service was very good and was able to watch our sons game right from the Bar. The bubble itself where the game was going on was very comfortable and warm.β

βI visited Adventure Crossing last weekend after the snow storm. When we arrived none of the parking lot was cleared and most of the parking was unpaved so it was very slippery, muddy and difficult to maneuver, plus the walk up to the building had at least 5 in of snow we were forced to navigate. Inside the door there was one mat that was completely just soaking in a puddle of water. I was there for many hours and when I left, I was surprised that the front walkway was still unshoveled and very dangerous. I understand maybe not having a plow for the parking lot but do you also not have a shovel? There were dozens of employees just standing around all day looking bored, I don't think the crowds that you expected came in after the snowstorm and I was shocked that you would open yourself up to so much liability by allowing multiple slippery spots to remain all day long. Walking into the Dome area was honestly quite beautiful and a nice contrast to the snowy outdoors, but on closer inspection it was actually really dirty, there was black gunk arising out of the turf and if you set anything on the ground it would become covered in pebbles of filth. There was also small pieces of trash all over the place. It reminded me of those restaurants that let you throw peanut shells on the ground and then never sweep them up.β

βThis place is completely disorganized. We scheduled to hit golf balls for my friends birthday. Mind you we booked it online like two prior to the date. We showed up and thereβs a baseball tournament. No email or no contact from adventure crossing saying hey donβt come bc we rescheduled. Eight of us showed up. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Never going back.β
