She was friendly, patient, and made sure our group had a smooth, fun time. She even took our group picture with the Grinch â and nailed it. Little moments like that make the visit feel special. Definitely recommend!

âThat experience was phenomenal, best customer service we've ever had. We used to frequent south Amboy and had a bad experience so we decided to try united skates in Jackson for the first time. An employee by the name of Hollie went above and beyond and made it the most enjoyable experience for myself and my kids. We will be returning and hope to get Hollie every time!â

âLove skating here!! The manager Hollie is super helpful and always makes sure sessions run smoothly. It's a blast when Kierstin is in costume. She brings the characters to life and makes the moment special for all the kids! She's also a great help in skating lessons.â
