Well-maintained school playground offering excellent variety for different ages with basketball courts, separate toddler and kids areas, and uniquely high swings.
One of the best school playgrounds in the city. Part of PS 121. Has an enclosed full court b-ball area plus 2 other full court areas. Has another enclosed area for handball (does anyone play paddle ball anymore?). Also has a marked track - 9 revolutions = 1 mile. Includes swings and an obstacle facility. Have been coming here since the 60's - spent my formative years here - day and night. Liked the configuration better back then because you could play football and softball. Can't do that now. So many fond memories though - will have some of my ashes scattered there after I pass!!

“Love this playground the swings are a lot higher than usual playground and there's usually not a crowd of people in this parking at any given time. Its also not a bad neighborhood, I've been there at night a lot. Lots of pot smokers though. They are harmless though.”

“I Really like this park. I love variety of playground for the children. I like how peaceful this park is from all the times I have gone. Pretty relaxed vibe you'll get from this park.”

“Good enough, kids love it. Come early at least before 12pm to avoid the rush if you have toddlers. There’s two basketball courts, handball wall, toddlers playground, kids playground, and two separate swings for the age difference.”
