“Seats were very comfortable, but one didn't work. Popcorn was good, thankfully they had Smart water. I don't do salty Dasani. Couldn't find where to dump the 3d glasses after the movie. There was a streak on the movie screen that needed cleaning. Bathroom was very clean.”

“I would say this movie theater is alright, but it can definitely use some improvement on some things. The escalator was broken. The wait for the food was long, however understandable as they were low staffed. The floors were sticky. However, the most frustrating part of all was how disruptive other people were... just talking throughout the movie is so ridiculous. No respect for others like they were at home. This is the second time I've visited and the same thing happened.”

“🚩🚩THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! 🚩🚩I bought 2 tickets for me and my daughter. I originally dont bring anything with me but i has stopped at the door because i had my Olive Garden food with me. We were unable to finish it due to the start time of the movie so we didnt even eat our food and took it to go. When we got there we were told to throw out our food. I had explained to the lady at the door and she still insisted. So i had to request to speak to a manager about that…. Me and my daughter sat in theater 8 in seats j11 and j12. Not even ten minutes im itching, so i was so confused because the back of my leg was burning it felt like i was bit by something. Not even 5 minutes later my daughter says mommy why am i so itchy. We exited the theater and begin to check ourselves and OFCOURSE theres a bite on her leg and mine. I immediately told the manger on duty. He didnt even address my concerns he told someone else to handle it. The person who he told came to me and asks me what bit me? And what kind of bites were they? & stated that they never had anything happen like this before….. He started to process a refund but couldnt because i paid with apple pay and told me that he had to put it on a gift card or I had to come back tomorrow when they were open so i can get my funds in cash. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD PREFER TO PAY THE FEE TO WATCH IT FROM THE COMFORT OF MY OWN HOME….. A lady who was apart of AMC staff came to me and asked me if there was anyone else in there talking.🚩🚩🚩 because they were well aware of the issue but choose to have that theater room open for customers…DO NOT GO HERE!!!”

“I was soooooo upset! I took my grandkids and niece and nephew to see the SpongeBob movie at 130pm. We were so hyped and couldn't wait. When I got there I use the machine to buy the tickets. But it was charging me 20.00 dollars for each ticket. I was like something is wrong because it's should be 15.00 dollars a ticket. I asked the young lady for help and she said it's right 20.00 dollars for each ticket because it's 3D. So I said I want to see the movie with out the glasses. She said there is no "Regular" movie showing at this time. I would have to come at 730pm. I was like what!!!!! This is a rip off! No regular showing for 15.00 dollars. I had no choice but to buy those tickets for that price. I was not coming back and I had my babies and they wouldn't understand. They should have "REGULAR MOVIE SHOWING" and to make it worse my babies didn't wear the glasses because they said the movie looked blurry! Never again.”
