“We just celebrated my son’s birthday at Billy Beez, and once again they did an amazing job. This was my fifth party here, and every single time they make the entire process so easy and stress-free. The staff was incredibly accommodating and flexible, and everything ran so smoothly. They were quick to jump in and make sure all the details were handled, which really allowed me to relax and enjoy the party instead of worrying about logistics. The kids had a blast, the adults were happy, and the overall experience was seamless. I truly appreciate how organized, attentive, and efficient they are. If you’re looking for a place that knows how to handle birthday parties and make them enjoyable for everyone, I would absolutely recommend Billy Beez. We’ll definitely be back again!”

“Today I had my daughter’s 13th birthday party at Billy Beez. The host YaYa was absolutely amazing and took care of our every need immediately. Her attention to detail is very much appreciated. Kayla at the front party desk was amazing as well, helping us throughout the week several times with calls making final changes. Thank you for helping us throw a wonderful party today! “This may not be a full 5-star place, but it is close. I like that there is daylight coming from the outside, there is a large variety of entertainment and it was not crowded over a weekend in December when my son celebrated his birthday. The staff is kind and professional. They took into account that some of our guests cancelled at a late notice, and lowered our reservation to the extent possible. We'd come to this place again.”

“My 9 year olds wanted to come here and I was happy to take them on a Monday afternoon (would probably stay away on a weekend as I am sure it gets super crowded) after school. It was not crowded at all. The place looked clean (as clean as it can be considering it’s an indoor play space) and my kids enjoyed themselves for about an hour. Not a great value for the money considering it was about $60 for the 3 of us for the experience but it could have been worse! The young lady at the front desk was kind and professional. Their cafe wasn’t open but she directed me to a nearby newsstand where I could purchase reasonably priced beverages.”
