“Upset: This theater just keeps getting better. From the really loving staff to added meal options for vegetarians. Even up to the newest renovations. They continue to welcome me and my friends and make sure that it's know when the newest merch is coming(so I can run my pockets. Lol) Is really hard if not impossible to see myself paying to see a movie anywhere else. Thank you, Megan, Shaq, Quincy & Keith. You've made AMC30 my second home. Update: I initially gave this theater a 2 start rating and feel that at the time it was worth it. But here we are, a couple of years and multiple staff changes, and this place is a dream to visit. It's my favorite place to be and I feel like family when get there. That employees care about customer service and seem happy to help. They are making renovations and wish there was a more comfortable seating in more of the auditoriums. Keith, Quincy, Megan, and rest of the crew, has made my movie going experience so much more enjoyable. Original review: I like that it's convenient to get to from work, but the seats haven't been updated in quite some time. That's ok, except that staff doesn't seem to care at all. I went to the concession to get my pre-ordered food, and the cashier coughed. I asked if he coughed( his mask was below his nose), and he said, " Yeah. You can go somewhere else. " I found that to be very rude. And I asked to speak to his manager. After speaking with her, I really don't think things will change as it took some convincing that his behavior wasn't acceptable. Not that it matters to them, but I don't think I will be returning here unless they figure out what customer service is.”

“We watched Avatar 3 at AMC Gulf Pointe 30 in IMAX with laser and the experience was amazing. The picture quality was absolutely stunning, very sharp, bright, and immersive. The screen and sound really made the movie feel next level. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back here for big releases and IMAX movies again.”

“Not enough weekend staff to help with the wait times in line. Strongly recommend purchasing ahead to skip a line or two. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. A/C was nice. Seats are pretty dated for what you normally see in theaters now and very small. The auditorium (2) we were in did not match up with the one on the screen when I picked the seats. The popcorn was decent, I've definitely had worse. I'll definitely see what other theaters in the area have to offer before returning here.”
