“We visited Kids Empire by Gulf Freeway (Edgebrook location) for my 6-year-old’s birthday, and I just have to say how impressed we were. The facility was very nice and extremely clean. The employees were constantly wiping, cleaning, and staying on top of everything. Customer service was excellent, and it wasn’t overcrowded, which made the experience even better. I especially want to recognize an employee named Brian, who truly went above and beyond. When he saw children upset or crying, he took the time to gently talk to them and comfort them. He did this with my niece, which meant so much to us. He even climbed into the jungle gym to help younger kids navigate safely and helped my daughter go down the slide when she was scared. His patience, kindness, and genuine care for the kids really stood out. Brian is an incredible asset to this location — he absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, or a promotion. Thank you for helping us give our son such a fun and memorable day!”
