“I’ve been coming here for years and it’s just such a lovely experience. Especially during the holidays! Not all the decorations were on display yet so looking forward to that! We decided to come see an afternoon matinee of the movie predator Badlands and the movie was excellent. Heartfelt as well as plenty of action and fabulous graphics. A lot of great humor as well. Average price tickets. Pay a little extra and see it in IMAX and 3-D and you won’t regret it. We sat a little too close to the screen but still enjoyed it thoroughly. I think in IMAX and 3-D sitting back a little further is practical. We stopped at McGuffin‘s bar inside the theater lobby for a afternoon cocktail, and the prices are steep, but look at the location. Nice large concession stand with some extra fun nibbles if you’re in the mood for ice cream. Very clean theaters and plenty of bathrooms. The seats were amazingly comfortable. Nice big cupholders and they reclined as well. Very plush and soft. I could’ve taken a nap Lol. Highly recommend.”

“AMC 14 The Grove is a terrific place to catch a movie. They validate your parking but it’s still $5. They’ve got every kind of seating you can imagine except a sofa, but they do have recliners in some theaters. They lay pretty good so it feels sofa like. There’s also a bar before you enter the theater area if you so desire an adult beverage it’s open. The only thing is you can’t leave that area with the drink… allegedly. The concession stand is beyond the ticket usher. It’s a lil pricey but it’s fairly comparable to most other concessions. Do yourself a favor and get their AMC member offer. You end up saving a bit and you get free medium popcorn and drinks upgraded to large + a free refill! The refill can be taken immediately in a cardboard container , meaning , they’ll give you your free refill then if you ask. All in all I love seeing movies at AMC The Grove.”

“I am writing to formally report a deeply upsetting incident that occurred at the AMC The Grove today, February 22nd. I am a paying customer, yet I was treated with a level of hostility that is completely unacceptable. I was assisted by an employee named James, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and ultimately neglectful. The situation escalated when I asked a simple question regarding parking validation. Rather than assisting me, James began yelling at me, repeatedly insisting that I needed to have a ticket. Despite both my friend and I stating multiple times that we were ticketed guests, he continued his aggressive behavior and refused to listen. Ultimately, he neglected to answer my question entirely and left us feeling harassed and unwelcome. This is, without question, the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had at a movie theater. I expect our staff at this location to treat guests with basic respect, especially when they have already paid for their admission. I would appreciate it if this matter were addressed with James and the shift supervisor on duty to ensure no other guests are subjected to this kind of verbal aggression.”
