AMF Garden City Lanes

“I haven't been bowling in a long time, so when I googled it, Bowlero came up, which is AMF bowling lanes, they had a special fri night after party deal, which starts at 8 pm and is only $23 per person unlimited bowling. Shoes are not included. This place is very clean, and the lanes are so slick and polished. They have 50 lanes. There are giant screens towards the back of the lanes. You can customize your scoreboard to a bunch of themes they offer. The bar is fully open, as well as the snack bar. They have staff that bring you the food and drinks to your table. The drinks were very weak. I ordered a blue Long Island, I should have been feeling it, but it was like drinking juice. The appetizers were good, not greasy at all. Staff is awesome. They have a bathroom at each end of the lanes. They are single bathrooms. There are arcade games spread throughout the alley. I was lucky to catch the store open so late in the day. They normally close by 5 pm and the 2 guys there were so friendly.l they helped me right away. Idefinitelyy will return here again.”

“Went on on a Sunday afternoon with a Groupon special . It was super easy to redeem at the front desk and included 2 hours of bowling with shoes included for 35 dollars . Can’t beat that ! There were no Barriers between lanes . Proof of vax isn’t required but the young lady at the front tried her best to space the parties out. The bowling alley was clean , food and drinks are available. The drinks aren’t very good and I didn’t try the food but they have regular alley food like fries and tenders from what I seen . There was a lot of parking but try to go early because I noticed it began to get packed around 4 pm. I will definitely be back it was a pleasant experience all around . Happy bowling ☺️”

“Enjoyed bowling, BUT the food experience leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered their chicken sandwich with fries. I never mentioned bacon. The sandwich was brought out with a bacon slice on it. I told the server I didn’t order bacon and he proceeds to tell me that I must have ordered it with bacon. He blamed me for their mess up. I showed him the menu which not only has a description of the sandwich that doesn’t mention bacon, but also a picture of the sandwich with no bacon. Then he took the food back to the kitchen. 2 minutes later her returned with a sandwich. There is no way they prepared a new sandwich without bacon. I’m certain they just took off the bacon and brought the same sandwich back. Work on your customer service and get orders right. Stop blaming customers for orders that were incorrect.”

“2026 I recently had a New Year’s eve bowling party. It was a very big disappointment to my group I had reservations for two lanes which I requested in my booking that I wanted to be seated next to the bar to make easy access for my company to get drinks request denied upon arrival when I got there. The place was halfway empty so I did not understand why I couldn’t move so I spoken to a Caucasian young lady with glasses and she told me I could not move in front of the bar with my guess she told me that you have 2 lane all the way at the end by the front entry door the whole night it was very cold air coming in I even caught a chill sick 🤒 the way she was talking I thought she was the supervisor the black African American young lady at the register, checking, in was very polite and respectful and also cater to my needs as possible truly appreciated her .The music was horrible and you couldn’t even hear it through the speakers the playlist there was no diversity interracial, music no R&B, no soul, no Jazz no rock no country. A very big disappointment. That’s not even the end of it. the Caucasian girl with glasses was my server plus so busy focusing on herself that she didn’t even accommodate my table with party favors hats blow horns nothing I had to go get them myself New Year’s Eve I payed for premium package and did not feel special somebody needs to give me a half of a refund or credit but overall the supervisor on duty was very accommodating once he heard that I was unpleased which I had to ask is there a manager on duty which no one told me He was very nice and cater to my needs as much as possible he really deserve a raise great customer support & service I will never recommend going back again to anyone.”
