“​My wife and I brought a special needs group of 12 to AMF Strathmore Lanes, and the experience was incredible, largely thanks to the manager, Linda. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and got our large group set up with lanes quickly and seamlessly. ​Linda went above and beyond to be accommodating to our group's specific needs. She didn't just set us up and leave; she checked in on us multiple times to ensure everyone felt seen, heard, and happy. She even personally helped check us out at the end. It is rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. We will definitely be returning!”

“Went over the weekend with my family. This place has changed over the years. The managers were great they came over and checked in us and playing peekaboo with jy grand daughter. The staff was very accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be back!”

“Everything was very dirty, even on the lanes we had debris on it. I don't know if they are still going through a remodel but the equipment is very old and we couldn't remove the bumpers if 1 person needed them. Staff seemed very overwhelmed trying to navigate league lanes, reserved lanes and available lanes. This might be due to the old front desk equipment as well it was all very out dated. My son and I still had a good time but hopefully it will be a better experience next time for the $65 we paid for 2 games for the 2 of us and only 1 pair of shoes.”

“I want to stress that this review does not reflect on the staff, who I think are working very hard and are very friendly. Some of the lanes function very poorly. Very frustrating. On numerous occasions balls will get stuck and not return up the chute. Or the bar that comes down to clean the pins out will come down too soon if the ball is not thrown more than 6 mph. It's very frustrating at times.”
