“I couldn’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars! Angel Land is amazing!!! Everything is super clean and everytime I bring my two kids (under 4) it’s like a little piece of me is reliving my childhood in the best way possible. The place literally looks like it’s out of a movie and they’ve even added more things since the last time I’ve been. The colors, furnishings, floors, ball pits everything is colorful and brings you so much joy. The best part? THE STAFF! Julia has been at the front desk for check ins both time and she is warm, welcoming and accommodating. She’s always so happy and passionate about her job and that’s hard to come by nowadays. I’ve only been there once before this last time and she remembered my family and I which is absolutely loved. We had the pleasure of meeting Anisha yesterday and she was also so kind and a breath of fresh air. I live in the New Haven area and I WILL ALWAYS make this hour trip (traffic and all) to visit Angel Land. Can’t wait to go back :)”

“I booked my twins' 3rd birthday party at Angel Land. I will be honest, at the beginning, when inquiring about the birthday packages, everyone was not on the same page. However, I was able to speak with the manager, Milly, and everything started to fall in place. She clarified any miscommunications and was able to assist me every step of the way. The facility is super clean, the place is huge, and there are tons to do for the kiddos and it was safe! We also rented out the second-floor bouncy house. My kids loved it and had an amazing time. The day of the party, everything went smoothly, and our host, Mia was great!”

“I’ve been coming here for awhile with my two kids, and they enjoy it a lot! It tends to be less packed about 3 hours before closing time. This review is also about pixel land upstairs which before the bounce area was added was severely underutilized but it’s unsure if the bounce house is staying because other areas are turned off or areas that used to be open are closed off by a fence anchored in the floor. While my kids did enjoy it for the 2 hours I was upstairs I only 3 other kids besides my two on the bounce area. And only one child played on one of the games.”

“I’ve been to Angel Land a few times before with my son and usually had a decent experience. The facility is clean. However, during today’s visit I was concerned about the lack of supervision. There were two employees at the front, but I only saw one staff member monitoring the play area. I also noticed a vape left on a chair in the play area. I reported it and it was removed, but it’s concerning not knowing how long it was there or if a child could have accessed it. Additionally, the massage chairs are not working. My account was charged, and when I reported it, I was told to call the number on the chair, which was disappointing. Overall, my main concerns are safety, supervision, and the vape being left in a children’s area.”
