Downtown Aquarium combines marine exhibits, amusement rides, and dining in one location. Families enjoy stingray feeding, the Shark Voyage train ride, and over 400 species of sea life.
This is the most unique and special resort and restaurant in Houston. Been coming to this place since 2006. Especially for kids this is a mini all inclusive resort offering things to see to play and to experience. The restaurant is great too and we come celebrate birthdays every year. The shark attack dessert and volcano dessert are our favorites. Plus it’s part of the Landry’s restaurant chain meaning the gift cards you bought here can be used at so many restaurants including salt grass which is my favorite too.

“Great place to have your child learn about nature! Very visual, audio, and tactical teaching available. Appealing to the senses for teaching. Plus, great rides to excite them as well. There are many options for food, drinks, games and face painting!! It's a small area loaded with excitement!! Enjoy”

“Came to Houston to visit my dad. We went to this aquarium and it was a great experience. Feeding the stingrays was my favorite part. The whole design of the aquarium is beautiful. Everyone was friendly and the animals were so cute. This was an experience I won’t forget.”
