“I had a wonderful experience at BB Piñata thanks to Frankie. My daughter and I walked in about 40 minutes before closing, and even though it was close to 5 PM, Frankie welcomed us warmly instead of turning us away. He went above and beyond to help us, and his kindness really stood out. We even ended up chatting and helping a bit while he was cleaning, which made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. We left feeling happy and very pleased with the service. Frankie is truly an asset to BB Piñata, and his excellent customer service made our visit memorable. Thank you, Frankie!”

“My kid seems to like it a lot more than Kid Empire and seems to have a lot more variety of things to do too even though it’s a smaller location compared to Kid Empire. Definitely coming back.”

“We visited today and once again had a great experience. My kids always have a good time here! The space is absolutely beautiful, clean, and you can tell the staff cares about keeping a tidy space. I appreciate the variety of toys and the different areas designed for imaginative and active play. It makes it enjoyable for both kids and parents. The only downside for us is the pricing, especially for infants. I brought my three kids, including my 6-month-old, and paid $20.56 for him even though he only really “played” very little. He mostly wanted to be carried and even took a nap while we were there. I completely understand having policies in place, but it does feel a bit steep for babies who aren’t fully participating yet. Overall, we truly enjoy coming here and will likely continue to support this location. It’s just something to keep in mind for families with little ones.”
