Blumenfeld Family Park was one to remember. On August 21, 2025, I visited this Town of North Hempstead park. There are a few benches located nearby a spray ground with water spouts. These benches are a great spot to sit with some company. They accommodate two people sitting on one very well. A tote bag would also fit on the bench along with the two people. I absolutely loved the experience! My visit to Blumenfeld Family Park was unforgettably amazing, and I would recommend stopping by if you're with a companion to have an escapade just as great as mine. Additionally, it's a great spot to propose to someone allegedly speaking from experience.

“Nice park. The playground equipment is not run down compared to some parks we have been to. Also noticed a totally new pirsteship playground being built next to the existing one. Like that they have sprinklers here for the summer. Lots of space to run around and play soccer ⚽️ My kids enjoyed this park, although we didn’t stay for a long time. Not sure if there are any restrooms, did not see any signs at all.”

“A lot has changed since the early 80s when this was a school playground. Thankfully there are many things they preserved. So glad they formed the Landmark and saved this historic place for the community. The park is great for kids of all ages. Swings, playsets, water showers in hot weather. The trails and greens/flowers are very well kept.”

“A very beautiful and cozy park. We were surprised to find the Christmas tree lit and the Christmas spirit still in the air in the middle of January. Thank you.”
