1 / 3Bowl 360 Brooklyn
π Brooklyn, NY
Modern bowling center with NEOverse lanes, 450+ arcade games, and full food service. Features bumpers for kids, party packages, and self-serve kiosks to skip wait times.
Very good! Staff are friendly but sometimes there isnβt anyone near the counter. They roam around but thatβs okay if youβre not in a hurry to find a staff member in a designated spot. The food is pretty good but dry and a bit more expensive than other restaurants. Food takes a while. Bowling is extremely fun. You can choose to pick if you want bumper rails or not. You can also message other bowlers on a device which is pretty funny. Good for everyone in age and skill!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families who want to focus purely on bowling and can skip the food entirely. The lanes themselves offer good fun with bumpers for kids, but the venue suffers from serious service and food quality issues that can spoil celebrations. Consider eating elsewhere before or after your visit.

βYesterday I celebrated my 34th Virgo βοΈ Season Birthday at Bowl 360 with my friends, and we all had an awesome time there. It was a little far and distance from where I live, but it was worth it. It's a reasonable size and space. The employees were friendly and professional. This was my first time coming, and it was quite a joyful experience. We had a good and fun time Bowling π³β

βThis is the worst bowling alley I have ever been to bar none. I donβt know if itβs because itβs in the city peopleβs are accepting of subpar service and give decent reviews but I was appalled. The shoes smell like they have NEVER been cleaned or sprayed out but that doesnβt matter because they donβt require one person to wear the correct shoes. The lanes are so dry you can walk all the way down and knock a pin over with your hands. No exaggeration. The lanes are also curved so no matter how you throw the ball they fall off the lane to the left or right. I drove 3.5 hours to celebrate a family members birthday on 11/8 for horrible lanes and horrible service. The workers who have to take your food and drink orders because you canβt simply walk up to the counter and order are rude and inattentive. They also leave drinks off the order on the handheld ordering device and verbally ask what you wanted and keep the money if you pay cash. We waited over 45 minutes for a drink and an order of fried shrimp. When we requested a refund the manager offered an extra 30 minutes of bowling to be able to wait for the food and tried to deny the refund. The Berry lemonade drink tasted like someone poured robitussin over ice when it finally arrived. My brother ordered tequila and lemonade only to receive fireball and lemonade over 45 minutes later. The person mixing drinks looked like he was maybe 18. I reserved 9 slots online and paid $442 because there was over $70 in fees for booking online but when I arrived the manager said she could not see reservations she had no way to get into that part of the system. Although the reservation was scheduled we were told we would have to wish 45 minutes for our lane. If I asked any other worker for help they referred me back to the manager who at one point forgot she was the manager and attempted to direct us to someone else. I over heard one of the workers completely curse another patron out because she βjust needed to waitβ for her food that she had waited over an hour for. The place was complete chaos, it was filthy and I can only recall 2 staff members being respectful and helpful. It was over priced in general for bowling but for a crap experience on top of it, if I could have I would have requested a full refund. NEVER again! Thai place needs to be cleaned and needs new management in place that knows how to properly run a business.β

βReally I wanted to leave no stars. I paid for food and drinks which were horrible. And I mean really really horrible. I got the strawberry Hennessy margaritas and it was so sour I could not enjoy it. Felt like I was drinking pure syrup. Also got curly fries and that was so salty, i am not sensitive to salt but the friends i had with me tasted it and aslo agreed it felt like pouring salt directly into your mouth. Also decided since i could not enjoy my drink i would get a ginger ale and it was flat, like drinking a soda from a bottle which stayed open and lost all its fizz. Got the fried flounder and that was the only descent thing. And still could not finish it. My friend got mozzarella sticks and they were so hard she could not continue eating it. I wasted my money here. Thought I would get good food considering food is generally good at bowling alleys. The waiters response to me telling her I wanted a new ginger ale was "we will taste test it". What does that even mean. We finished our game and she never came by to change my drink. So everything I ordered sat on the table and money was wasted. Definitely not coming back there!β
