1 / 3Melody Lanes
π Brooklyn, NY
A traditional 26-lane bowling alley in Sunset Park featuring arcade games, glow bowling, and party options. Best suited for families with older kids who can enjoy the classic atmosphere despite some maintenance concerns.
Tremendous experience. Had the game of a lifetime (not, not a 300,) and was treated to absolutely stellar service. Malcom, the bartender, took care of us and made sure the pitchers were filled to the brim. The people at this alley make the difference
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older kids who can overlook maintenance issues for the classic bowling experience and arcade games. Expect to pay premium prices and potentially deal with lane problems that may frustrate younger bowlers. Not recommended for families needing accessibility accommodations.

βStandard no frills, old school bowling alley. Good time and solid arcade options. Full bar with good drinks but pretty pricey in my opinion.β

βNot my first time coming here and no matter what I usually have a good time. Not sure if itβs just this time but every time someone would roll a bowling ball, it would keep rolling to the side.. I believed the lanes werenβt oiled. Therefore it wasnβt that fun since most of the time our bowling ball would just roll to the side, hitting no pins. Also, almost every time it was someone elseβs turn and the pins would reset it would always never happen aka we would always have to ask the staff to fix it and it happened for almost every turn which was really annoying. Other than that we still tried to make the most of it despite of it. There was a mini arcade too.β

βShocked by all the good reviews this place is a rip off. First of all, they are insanely expensive for average lanes. For two people on a Saturday night for ONE HOUR of bowling and shoes cost $82! Insane - $41 per person. We waited about 30 minutes at 930 PM. The lanes have no friction and the ball slides all over the place, which doesn't make it fun when your ball is constantly sliding to the side or in the gutter. Decent ball selection and good music playing. The food bar is fairly priced, but not very good. Staff weren't very friendly, everyone just seemed so rough around the edges. The place was pretty dirty, carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. They had cardboard boxes at the entrance to help soak up the rain... Charging 2 people $82 for an hour of bowling, you should be able to buy a doormat lol. They had a pretty decent arcade area but I would not return. So many better, cheaper options.β
