1 / 2Briarwood Playground
đ Queens, NY
A compact neighborhood playground in Queens that works well for babies and toddlers, though parents note cleanliness concerns and outdated equipment.
Perfectly built for babies and toddlers!! Our little boy loves it there and we take him often.
đ Family Action Verdict
This playground is ideal for families with babies and toddlers who need a local play spot, but less suitable for older children due to its small size. While the equipment works well for little ones, parents should be aware of cleanliness issues and potential exposure to smoking/vaping by teenagers and adults in the area.

âThe park is now run down from when I attended JHS there over 15 years ago. The play equipment hasn't been changed or spruced up. Doesn't look like anyone goes to sweep up or anything as much. It's okay for local kids to get away and play for a little while. Has the handball and basketball courts within the school yard for the older kids alongside workout bars and such.â

âNeed to be clean, water bottles, coffee cups, beer bottles. A lot of people don't know how to clean up after, the garbage can is right there they don't use it. A very nice playground but a little cleaning would make it better.â
