1 / 2Carol Nichols Park
π Elmsford, NY
Small, well-maintained Elmsford park with a seasonal splash pad and a separate rubber-surface playground sized for toddlers and younger children. Covered picnic tables, real restrooms, and ample parking on-site.
One of the most beautiful neighborhood parks Iβve ever seen. Itβs so small but itβs well taken care of and quite peaceful, with gorgeous green surrounding you.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and children under six who want water play and age-appropriate climbing without the chaos of a large busy park. The separate wet and dry zones let parents move seamlessly between splash time and dry play. Summer is the prime season when the splash pad is operational.

βIt very beautiful park. There is splash park and the dry park. The children really enjoyed splashing in water. It's a great place to bring little children to have fun not worry older children bumping it them. They are several picnic tables under a canopy. It also have a restroom instead of porter potty.β

βSuch a nice park. I like how it has a wet and dry area. The splash pad on one side and the kids park on the other side. The little kids play area is perfect for toddlers. I would definitely recommend this park for the summer.β

Overview
Carol Nichols Park divides into two distinct zones: a splash pad on one side and a toddler-scaled rubber-surface playground on the other. Solar shade structures cover part of the play area. Covered picnic tables are available for family meals. Real restroom facilities are on-site. Parking is plentiful and the layout is pram-friendly throughout. The small footprint keeps the environment manageable and calm compared to larger regional parks.
