“I would highly recommend Carson Custom Pools if you're looking to have a pool built or redesigned. My wife and I had no idea where to start or what company to choose to build our pool, so we had three estimates and decided to go with Carson Pools. Starting with Steve, the sales rep, after coming out and measuring and outlining where our pool would be, he drew up a plan. Not only that, he used a computer program that generated a 3D model to show us and really help us visualize what our pool would look like. His model included people sitting in the pool, a patio table near the pool and a place for our BBQ, and he was able to give us a 360 degree view as well. It made a big difference compared to one other contractor we met with that just had a sketch on a piece of paper like a rough blue print. The other thing Steve did was to have a full breakdown of our costs and what our money was paying for. It was 3 pages long, I didn't understand or care for the details, but it was nice to know what the details were. Compared to the contractor who sketched the pool on a piece of paper had no details on what we were paying for. When we met with him and asked him for the cost breakdown, he gave us a blank sheet of paper and said, "Here you go, you can write it all down here." We didn't, my wife emailed him several times asking for the info and never heard back. Ultimately, Steve made us feel comfortable and helped us "see" our pool. Once we started, Dennis, the owner, was very hands on during the process. He stopped by just about every day to check on the progress, and if he didn't stop by he called to let us know of any major developments we needed to know about. In fairness, our house was on our way home from his, so he may not pop in every day for you, but he did for us and we definitely appreciated it. Dennis is a very friendly guy and really cares about the work he is doing no matter how large or small the job. Our pool was on the smaller scale, but he still put in the work as if it was one of his larger jobs. It showed in another instance when we had to pick out the tile for the pool. Because of my work schedule, he made special arrangements with the tile store owner to open early on a Saturday and meet us there to help us pick out our tile. He also provided helpful suggestions with color schemes. The crews they use are also very polite and easy to work with I would highly recommend Carson Custom Pools. They provide excellent customer service, and they do excellent work. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough.”

My son has been taking swimming classes here and I have seen so much improvement not only in his swimming but also his confidence in the course of only 4 days. Mayra is such a kind and gentle soul she knows exactly how to work with kids, my son is always excited to see her, she truly pays attention to the kid's needs. The staff know exactly how to work together they are a great example of team work. I feel so secure that my child is in a safe environment, the lifeguards are always on task and on the look out for anyone who needs help it truly creates a trusting and joyful community.”

Mark took our kids in, so they wouldn't miss the first session, due to system error. He was graceful and energetic with them .....and now KAMAYRA, I can't say enough about her she is so gentle and patient with the kiddos. Makes me feel at ease knowing they are safe,learning and having fun. Also life guards always on deck and on guard. Excellent team!!!”
