Cinemark Carson and XD

“We went to watch the Superman 2025 movie at Cinemark Carson XD overall a great experience! The XD screen is huge and makes action scenes really pop. We got Theater 9, which is the XD auditorium. Just a heads-up: it doesn’t have recliner seats like some of the other Cinemark theaters. I personally love the recliners, so I missed that extra comfort, but the movie itself was still awesome. We sat in H14 and H15 good spots, but next time I’d go for I15 or J15 for a better view of the full screen. Also saved $3 with my Cinemark rewards points! Pro tip: To get to the theater, you’ll need to enter through the mall and take two lefts. It’s a bit hidden, but easy once you know the way. Great movie night overall can’t wait to come back for the next big release!”

“The movie theater is in a great location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, including Cava. If you’re going to watch a movie, I recommend choosing the XD format instead of the standard one for better picture quality and sound. This is my go-to movie theater because it’s much closer to my house than the other locations.”

“Absolutely ruined Christmas! We came early to buy tickets to watch a movie as a family for a 2:45pm XD 3D movie that costs $20 a ticket and the movie played for 45 minutes with muffled sound and a blurry picture. We were told they would restart it. That didn’t happen. They made an announcement that sound would not be fixed anytime soon and asked we leave the theatre to go to the front. They offered a refund or an exchange. All the movie times that day were pretty much full except the seats in the front. As our family tried to figure out our next move, another employee kept pestering us about not being able to stand where we were. Our family has been coming here over +10 years almost every week and I honestly don’t know if we’ll be back after this. The technical difficulties, the way things were handled, and the lack of service and professionalism were absolutely ridiculous. So instead of building a great memory on Christmas, we were left disappointed and just went home. Worst experience ever!”

“The staff does not greet the customers. As I'm trying to get popcorn the staff just looked at me, you would think they would say "how can I help you" or at least a "hello". I never been to this theater so I didnt know where to go to get the popcorn. I had to ask the staff twice. I paid the popcorn with a $100 bill, and had to wait for a manager or something to approve the bill. Looks like this location is run by teenage kids with no customer service. This whole experience was terrible and dont think I will be coming back to this theater even though I only live 5 min away, I will take me business elsewhere, where they have people skills!!!”
