“Employees need training on customer service and they need to train customers on go-karts before getting on them and then banning them for the rest of the day for something they are not told how to do beforehand.”

“This place is terrible. It's always dead, the place is filthy, the arcade is expensive, and none of the outdoor stuff is even open to use until 4pm except for mini golf which is way too expensive for what it is. The staff is nice but this place socks and needs to be shut down. At the very least they need to hire an exterminator. There was a dead cockroach sitting on the prizes display case the entire time my kids were picking out their prizes from the arcade.”
