1 / 3Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
π The Emporium, TX
Urban Air Mesquite spans multiple attraction zones including trampolines, a zip line, bumper cars (49" height requirement), rock climbing, and a bowling alley. Open daily with extended weekend hours. Summer unlimited pass available.
Came in with my family expecting a fun day of jumping and quickly realized we werenβt the only ones with that idea β the place was absolutely packed! Despite the crowd, the experience at the food counter stood out in the best way possible. I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Madison and Jonathan (please forgive me if I misspelled your names). These two were nothing short of amazing. They were hustling nonstop, handling customer after customer while people were placing complicated orders, changing things mid-order, and even complaining about the wait. Through all of it, they maintained professionalism, patience, and genuine smiles. The line was literally wrapped around and stretching back toward the play area, but they never slowed down. At one point, Jonathan calmly addressed frustrated guests while Madison kept the line moving like an absolute pro β multitasking and managing everything with incredible efficiency, even without additional help. What impressed me most was that even when some guests were yelling or behaving less than kindly, they remained composed, respectful, and focused on doing their jobs well. That kind of work ethic and customer service is rare and deserves recognition. To the management team: Madison and Jonathan are exactly the kind of employees every business hopes to have. Their dedication, professionalism, and positive attitudes turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you both for your hard work βyou are the reason weβll absolutely be back! π
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids tall enough to access the major rides β the 49" height requirement for bumper cars and zip line excludes many younger children. Older kids and tweens get the most out of the full attraction lineup. Go on a weekday to avoid peak crowds, and confirm height requirements for each attraction before arrival.

βWe visited this location a few times before leaving my review. If youβre expecting sky zone customer service or 11Max attraction level this is not the place for you. The first time we went my child over the 49β height requirement to go on the bumper cars and zip line was originally denied and a staff member at the top told my oldest he has to wait 15 minutes in between riding attractions, I verified it with another member that was βfalse and they re-measured him and said he was totally fine to ride. All staff should know the policy for all attractions. The VR experience has been down every time we have went over a month span. Checking in was relatively easy, however, usually one person manning the check-in counter, even for the line for memberships. The food counter, however, was friendly service and considerably fast for a weekend. The membership cheese, pizza, and icy I would say are the only two items worth it. The bathrooms were not clean to say the least and jumping area has loose side netting, dirt and holes around the edge a foot can get stuck. Overall, the price we pay for a family membership of 5 (adults have to pay 4.99$ additional per adult regardless if they are jumping or not) could be spent at a kids attraction place that care about basic cleanliness and customer service.β

Overview
Urban Air Mesquite packs a wide range of adventure attractions under one roof β trampolines, a zip line, bumper cars, rock climbing walls, and bowling. The 49-inch height requirement applies to bumper cars and the zip line, so younger or shorter kids will be directed to other zones. Weekend visits draw significant crowds. Staff at the food counter receive consistent praise in reviews. A summer unlimited play pass offers recurring access across the season for active families.
