“Jersey City only roofed outdoor Olympic-sized ice arena located in the Heights, Pershing Field to be specific. It had recently reopened after being closed for a few years. Very reasonably prices (3$ admission for Jersey City resident adults and $2 for children). Skates rentals and skates sharpening are both available. This rink is usually open from November until late March. This rink holds cool events for kids with DJ, cotton candy, hot chocolate and all that jazz. Ice conditions are usually very decent. Thumbs up!”

“This is such an incredible resource to have in the neighborhood! The prices for locals are so reasonable, just be sure to bring your ID and you’ll get a discount. The staff on the ice is very kind and helps keep everyone safe. The DJ was tearing it up the other night with a full 2010s throwback 😂 I also absolutely adore that they opened it back up for roller skating this past summer and I hope they continue to do so! “This place is unreal, we had such a great time. Don’t think anyone can beat their prices, there are few rowdy kids but staff always keeps things under control, warning any rough behaviors before sending them off. So at no time we had a bad experience. Place is very well maintained and wasn’t too crowded on a Saturday evening. And the biggest bonus for was it’s just a 10 min walk from our apartment.”

“Pershing Field Park ice skate rink is a great facility for ice skating. I heard they underwent a renovation. The fee is affordable, including rental (attached a picture). The staff protects guests who are new to ice skating. The parking is challenging on weekends but there is street parking available.”
