Amazing place to take your kids! Its a bit small but still can have lots of fun! My toddler is 3 with autism, we didnβt pay for anything, we just walked in and looked around. He was βplayingβ the arcade games just having a blast, no money required. He didnβt need to actually play the game haha. Everyone was super nice especially the mascot!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for kids ages 2β10 who love arcade games and active play. Toddlers can roam freely without needing game credits. Older kids will want loaded game cards to maximize ticket earnings. Birthday groups get a dedicated party experience with a live show. Manage expectations on prize ticket values, which some reviewers found lower than past visits.

βIm only leaving the 3 stars because the games & establiment itself are worth the Groupon we use for roughly 60$ to get pizza for 4, drinks & 2 unlimited game cards. But I can't say the same for alot of the staff at this location. To begin our visit, the cashier was rude to my husband for no reason. She was so condescending & ridiculous I had to take over. Then I decided to get a salad when the pizza was finally ready so I went back to the same cashier to pay. I used tap to pay & had forgotten that my previous card was expired & I had to swipe to get to the updated card. At which point I let her know & she just sighed loudly & said "Im only giving you 1 more try"....I was so close to letting her have it, then remembered "Im in a kids safe space...." so I just let her know about herself gently & professionally in front of management. I hope she finds a job she can smile at soon, being that miserable takes alot of effort.β

βKid check is a joke. They donβt even check to make sure the stamps match. Every game had a max bonus of only 50 tickets when the price for the prizes went up. The manager didnβt even have a name tag so I couldnβt add it to here but she was rude and had no sense of urgency.. ky daughter waited at the prize counter for 15 minutes before she was helped and when she was helped the manager didnβt even scan all the card. So for my daughter to used the card the lady forgot to scan she would have to wait another 15 minutes.β

βi haven't been to CEC in over a decade and decided to try it today. this place was underwhelming. the playplace, trampoline, and floor screen take up half of the establishment, and there are barely any arcade games. the jackpots are so low, and some games weren't even working. this place changed a lot, and it's BAD. i got excited to see they still had the photo machine, but it didn't even have paper. it's $32 for unlimited play for an hour, but i'm sure every game could be played twice in less than 15 minutes. it was pretty sad to see and experience. i miss the old CEC.β
