“Such a lovely place! I really liked the low ratio and how they group kids by age. It was our first time, but definitely not our last. It’s perfect if you need an hour to get some work done or just take a little break while your child is in a workshop. I also loved the live camera in the parent cafe, it made me feel totally at ease being able to watch my little one play while I caught up on some schoolwork.”

“Loved. Loved. Loved. 10 out of 10 best hands-on learning experience. Will recommend to all my mommy friends. Friendly staff and my 2 year old loved Mrs. Leo, best Montessori one-on-one teacher time. Very clean and well organized. My 2 year old couldn’t have enough of it and loved every corner too!”

“my baby had a really good time 😊 we’re loving all these kid places popping up in SA. we enjoyed that the times are by age too! The space itself is so cute and I love the concept—especially the workshop area for kiddos 2+, which is such a fun and creative touch. The pricing for 2 hours is also very reasonable, and as a mom, I really appreciate that the front doors stay locked for safety. That said, a couple things stood out… Requiring parents to purchase grip socks felt unnecessary, especially when we already brought our own. It would be nice if that was optional. Also, while the space looked super clean at first glance, it wasn’t spotless—there were visible dust bunnies in the soft play areas (the stairs)( & tunnels)& hair in several spots. Customer service was a bit mixed. The front desk lady wasn’t very welcoming, but the other two staff members we interacted with were super friendly and kind. it’s a nice spot with some really thoughtful features. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and customer experience (specifically to first timers), it could easily be a must go to place!”

Overview
Happy Oak runs reservation-only sessions with intentional low child-to-staff ratios and age-grouped play times, so toddlers aren't mixed with older kids. The workshop area targets children 2 and up with hands-on Montessori-style one-on-one teacher time. The play area is bright, clean, and designed for imaginative exploration. A parent café with a live camera feed lets caregivers relax or work nearby.
