“I’m originally from New Jersey but live in the DMV and was home for the holidays. I wanted to plan a fun family get together, and bowling is something we’ve always enjoyed. A few of my siblings had either been to or heard of Circle and thought it would be a great option since it offered bowling, arcade games, and food and drinks. I initially planned to book a reservation online for 2 lanes but wasn’t sure of our final headcount, so I held off. I called and spoke with Miranda, who was so personable, answered all my questions, explained the discounted walk in option, and reviewed availability for the next day. Based on that, we decided to try walking in. When some of our party arrived to the bowling alley last night, it was packed and there were no lanes available at the time. Miranda happened to be there and remembered our conversation and immediately put us on the waitlist for 2 lanes. We were told it was about an hour wait but we just grabbed food/drinks and played games in the arcade in the meantime. At one point, I was informed that additional family members wanted to join so I needed another lane. I went to the front and talked to Miranda’s colleague, Michael who told me it would be tight but he made it work and our 3 lanes were ready in another 20 minutes. Both Miranda and Michael were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process, even on our way out. Our group ranged from 7 to 50 years old and everyone had an amazing time. The food/drinks were good, the music was a vibe, AND it was affordable! I would love to make this a regular outing when I’m in town. Thank you to Circle and the lovely staff for making this such a great experience for us.”
