Drove with my son Caleb all the way from South Central LA, and the trip to Dig It Torrance was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this playground. The entire place was clean, safe, and very well organized. The staffβ€”especially Nadeen, Joana, and Pamelaβ€”were amazing. They were caring, patient, and genuinely playful with Caleb, which made the experience even better. As a parent, I was highly impressed. We bought the kid’s safety vest and hard hat, and my son loved it. The excavator machine was super fun, and watching Caleb operate it was the highlight of the day. Overall, Dig It Torrance went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for younger children (ages 4-8) who love construction themes and hands-on play equipment like excavators and bulldozers. The space is smaller than typical play centers but exceptionally well-maintained with standout staff. Consider visiting during less busy times for the most comfortable experience.

β€œWe had an awesome time. I wish it was a little bit bigger with more things to do, but overall it was great. They have a great automated crane that you can scoop up balls with. My son loved the earthquake Table that you could stack blocks on and have them fall over. He loved riding the tractor on the track. He also loved the big bulldozer you could sit in and press buttons in. The giant hamster wheel was fun. The jungle gym and slide was also a great time.”

β€œWe had a nice time visiting DIG IT. My child is at the upper limit for the younger kid only play time. The staff were helpful and attentive. You get a wristband for your two hour time window. It is not an incredibly large play place by comparison to others I have attended. It would be way too crowded for my comfort level if we had been at any other time.”
