âLocated in Riverside Park, basically came here because it was used as a filming location for the 1979 movie The Warriors. This is where they filmed the big meeting with all the gangs. Part of it has now been turned into a children's playground with play equipment, but most of the bridge structure and walkways and railings from 1979 are still there. I even found some old graffiti written on one of the walls.â

There are two sand pits and two frames - one for the little ones, which is open, and the other frame is currently under renovation. We enjoyed our time there, even though you can hear the sound of the highway.â
