📍 Donelson, TN
Donelson Plaza Strike & Spare offers bumper bowling lanes for young kids, Cosmic Bowling with lights-down effects and music, birthday party packages, and pool tables. Located in East Nashville off Old Lebanon Pike.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids ages 4 and up who want straightforward, affordable bowling without heavy upselling. Bumper lanes make toddlers and beginners instantly successful. League nights restrict open lane access on most weekday evenings, so weekend daytime visits or post-league hours work best for families.

“We had a great time. Can get busy and may have a wait to get a lane, sometimes, but great place. Also played pool in bar for about an hour after bowling. Great staff!”

Overview
Donelson Plaza Strike & Spare is a no-frills Nashville bowling center built around family play. Bumper lanes keep young kids' balls out of the gutters, and Cosmic Bowling sessions transform the alley with low lights, music, and effect lighting for an energetic evening experience. The center hosts kids' birthday parties, teen parties, and corporate events with dedicated packages for each. Pool tables in the bar area give adults something to do between frames.
