Beautiful Chaos
“Beware - new rule changes result in safety risks as you can no longer supervise your child or take pictures unless you pay to jump with them. We will never be back. The rules have changed, and parents are no longer allowed to stand in the black observation areas around the trampolines where you used to be able to watch and take pictures. Now you have to stay on a lower level, about 4 feet below the trampoline area, and large sections are blocked from view. The space is very large, and you can’t consistently see your child across much of it as there are no longer viewing areas. There appeared to be limited staff spread across a big area, which didn’t make up for the lack of visibility from the sidelines.”
