1 / 3Dry Harbor Playground
đ Queens, NY
Free outdoor playground in Queens with sports courts, cycling and running areas, and open space. Known as a social park where kids naturally interact with others.
Used to always call this "Pirate Ship Park" as a kid. Still nice to occasionally walk by, a pretty active park if you wanna bring your kid somewhere with other kids around for them to play with.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for school-age kids who benefit from open-ended active play with other children. The mix of playground equipment, sports courts, and cycling space suits kids who want variety. Families with toddlers should watch for uneven ground surfaces. Check sprinkler function before visiting on hot days.
