Reviews GoodnBad

We’ve been here several times, starting not long after it opened, and while the rooms themselves are still a strong point—creative, well thought out, and with a good flow—we’ve all definitely noticed a dip in the overall experience over more recent visits. There have been a few service issues. We’ve been shown into rooms that weren’t fully staged, been given unclear or inaccurate instructions about what’s just décor versus what’s actually part of the game, and on top of that, hint responses have been slow. In a timed room, that can really affect whether you finish or not—and it has. One person in our group also felt the rooms were too dark to see comfortably, which made it harder to fully participate. Having to rely on a cellphone flashlight for most of the game instead of being able to set the phone down for the experience was frustrating. The overall front-of-house presentation has also been inconsistent. You don’t have to wear khakis or a suit and tie, but it does make you question whether things like multiple facial piercings should really be part of the customer-facing dress standard. We’re all about expressing yourself outside of work, but combined with the service issues, it’s left us feeling like the facility has lost some of the pride that used to be evident. It’s a shame because the rooms themselves are solid (when fully set up), and the front-of-house decor is great—but the service and execution just haven’t been matching that lately.
