“I booked a birthday party for my son, paid $600 so 15 kids could jump for THIRTY minutes! What a rip off. The check-in process took over 30 minutes and no one ever explained that to me ahead of time. The manager even told my brother that his daughter couldn’t jump because I had only purchased a 10-jumper package when it clearly states that any additional jumpers will be charged at the end with the card I had put on file! How embarrassing for someone’s party guest to be told that they can’t jump!! When i spike to the manager about it her response was basically “too bad, it’s in the fine print” and offered no extra jump time even though they were not even busy! Management does not care about the customers and they certainly don’t care about making their checkin process more hassle-free so people can actually focus on the birthday kids! Don’t waste your money here- a total ripoff.”

“Went here for a birthday party for my Nephew, I brought my 2 year old daughter, the lady wouldn’t give me a pair of socks to jump for me or my daughter, she was saying that their was no more passes for the party, My sister said the front desk had told her if their was any overages on tickets she would be charged at the end. The lady had a very bad attitude and was very short with me. After my mom trying to talk to her to no avail we simply left. I would had bought out on tickets but wasn’t even presented the option. Honestly by the end of the encounter with this woman I no longer wanted to be there. Very poorly ran location.”

“DO NOT go to this particular location if you just want to jump for the day. They will force you to sign up for a membership and lie to you, saying you can just jump for the day. They have now charged me $500 for a membership I haven't used once that was forced upon me. The manager on duty the day I called didn't give a crap about making it right. Just pick any other location and you'll be fine.”
