We had a siblings outing Saturday the 18th and we chose Exit Strategy for our event. The experience was awesome and Sam made it that much more enjoyable and memorable. He answered all our half baked questions and did it in style. I hope that when we come back, Sam will be our facilitator again. Oh and he was there at the front desk when we entered; very welcoming and he had the jokes, made us laugh.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with kids aged 10 and up who can engage with multi-step puzzle logic under time pressure. Younger children may struggle with the cognitive demands, and some rooms carry age restrictions. The bank heist and Quest of Honor rooms have drawn positive family reviews.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Review room-specific age restrictions on the website before booking — they vary significantly between rooms
Request a facilitator by name if a previous visit left an impression — reviewers report it enhances the experience
🎟️Teams of 6–8 tend to perform best; too few players makes some puzzles harder to manage simultaneously

We went on a Saturday for a family outing (family of 8) and had such a great experience! Our facilitator, Sam, was fantastic. Really played into the role and made the whole experience feel immersive and fun for all of us. We did the bank heist challenge, and it was definitely challenging but so much fun. We didn’t quite solve it this time, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and cracking it next time! I also want to give a special thank you to Blake for being so understanding and kind when I called earlier this week. He was willing to make an exception to allow a refund due to an unforeseen illness if I couldn’t make our reservation with the rest of the party, which I truly appreciated. His friendliness and compassion did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

My first exscape room and it was AMAZING because Jillian was so helpful.

We did Quest of Honor with our older kids and they enjoyed. It was not a typical room with a variety of tasks to solve without all being locks. We also did the Mansion and the Ruins at North. Both were fun themes and really great rooms, though the Ruins was our favorite. Lane was a great guide and definitely don’t be afraid to ask for hints so you don’t miss out on the fun of finishing the room.
