“This beautiful hiking area is in Englewood and the newly renovated playground is a work of art and imagination!! There is a sunset guided hike every Tuesday from May through October for free.”

“Today was my first time visiting Flat Rock Brook Nature Center and it was a beautiful fall day. I was so happy I was able to witness a female , male , and baby deer . What a Gorgeous Place”

“The playground is amazing and the hiking trails are great. Our homeschool group loves coming here to explore and do nature based lessons. However, I have noticed that the nature center itself seems to be more for events than popping in and hanging out. We brought 5 kids in to explore and utilize the toys/activities and someone came in and told us we needed to “keep it down” because there were offices across the hallway. The other moms and I were pretty taken aback considering our kids were at a normal volume and just having fun doing a puzzle and checking out the displays. Come for the playground and trails but, skip the nature center if you have small children.”
