Just a cool place!!!! , my son has been asking me to if he could go to Haik but I wasnโ€™t sure at first because I thought it might be too challenging to my son. Upon walk in I was greeted by Gianna ( at the front) who assured me my son and I would love it. I had my doubts but then the manager Carl greeted me and assured me if my son didnโ€™t like it , they would think of another way to accommodate this anxious mom so I did. My son absolutely loved it, sure he was scared but with Carl patience , time and knowledge he welcomes a new skill I loved and unlocked a fear that my son once had. Carol was so nice and I can tell he makes every child and parent feel like family. I left there happy and excited and now my son wants to come back every time! Thank you again to Gianna ( at the front) and Carl the manager

๐Ÿ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 4 and up looking for a structured indoor climbing session that works across a wide age spread โ€” a 4-year-old and a 42-year-old can climb the same facility comfortably. Staff excel at putting nervous kids at ease.

โ„น๏ธ What to Know Before You Go

๐Ÿ’กOutside food is not permitted โ€” only snacks and drinks sold on-site; plan meals before or after
โฐStaff are experienced with anxious first-timers โ€” let them know if your child is nervous
๐ŸŽŸ๏ธMembership unlocks better per-visit value for families who plan to return regularly
๐Ÿš—Shoe and harness rentals add to the day-pass cost โ€” factor these in when budgeting

โ€œFantastic experience. We brought a 10, 9, 8 & 5 yr old to climb and they all had a blast. Clean, friendly and easy! I want to bring one of these to Louisville, Kentucky!!!โ€

โ€œFun indoor climbing place for kids and more affordable compared to similar places. My kids enjoyed it overall. They only offer snacks and drinksโ€”no real foodโ€”and outside food isnโ€™t allowed, which feels a bit silly given the lack of food options. I also wish they had more activities for younger kids that donโ€™t involve high climbing. Still a good spot for kids to be active and have a good time.โ€
