“This is for Amber - a little customer service would have saved us as customers on Saturday. I was the blonde lady you approached out of nowhere after bowling and drinking next to us. First, you could have let me know who you were. You just seemed like a weird lady who came out of nowhere barking out orders. While drinking and bowling - you just seem like another customer. Next, instead of rolling your eyes and flipping your hair while walking away griping about being the owner, try this “hey I took the liberty of grabbing you a pair of rentals. Sorry my staff gave you wrong information all these years. Please make sure “xyz” in the future”. Honestly Amber, I probably would have apologized and bought you a beer. I kept telling my husband how good you were at bowling. We’ve been coming in for over 3 years now. 2-3 times a week in the summer. My son loves Dave, Greg, Emily and Jane. Rio will miss you all and the kindness you showed him over the years. It won’t be forgotten. Amber - way to blow it.”
