“I had a bad experience with a worker she was making people wait in the line while she was staring at the screen she had glasses and a really red face, I didn’t get her name. She kept answering my questions like she didn’t know what she was saying. She was picking my child up in the jumping area, she was constantly talking to her coworkers when I was waiting for someone to come up to me she was also leaning all on the counter on me and I had to take a step back. She was cleaning the tables and spraying the cleaner on me, besides that my kids had fun jumping just bad customer service.”
