I’ve been coming here for over 20 yrs I have a 26 yr old daughter that also had her bday here many many years ago , if you guys look at my history from 20 plus years I’ve been here a lot , Christopher is by far the best party host I’ve ever had , he was busy with other parties as well but let me tell you he is the best party host I’ve ever had there , he’s a beast and awesome with kids and patient , if I do a party there and he’s available I will specifically special request him and next time tip him more just cause I know how good he is , anyone need an outstanding party host from the Lincoln park skating rink now known as the United skates of America now ask Christopher to be your party host , thank you for your outstanding service young man . You deserved the tip I gave you and after all the feed back I got from family that was there I’m going up there and tipping him $40 more bucks and not to mention I tipped him very well but after parents feed back that came to my Daugthers party I’m going up there and giving him an extra 40 for sure .

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for school-age kids celebrating birthdays or attending group skating events. Friday night sessions are the liveliest for tweens and teens. Families with younger children will find the venue more manageable during daytime or afternoon sessions. Confirm party host availability when booking as peak periods are busy and staffing can be stretched.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Book birthday party slots well in advance β€” the venue runs multiple parties at once and prime slots fill fast
⏰Daytime sessions are less crowded and better suited to younger or first-time skaters
🎟️Sign up for the e-Club for member-only discounts before your first visit
πŸš—Check the event calendar for Dad & Me Skate Day and scout celebration dates if you have a group booking

β€œWe went there April 19th for my grandson's 8th birthday party that was one of the worst experiences that I ever had at a skating rink. The person who gives the rules is a long-winded person he talks too much and he's unprofessional. The person has so many rules that someone still broke their arm it took almost a half an hour for them to get the parties back up and running and such a small venue. They gave all these birthday parties in that peapod space. I did not like it there and I will never be back again. πŸ§πŸ‘ŒπŸ’―β€

β€œI had my 6 year olds birthday party here. Over priced the games were a joke they gave no credits and the tickets you wone per game never came out. All the prizes were 2000 tickets for garbage the over $400 spent was not worth it the Dixie skating rink has a better deal and sumpter skating has the best deal Lincoln Park was 100% a rip off”

Overview

United Skates of America Lincoln Park operates a busy community rink with structured events throughout the week. Friday night skate sessions and dedicated birthday party slots are the venue's most popular offerings. The arcade and Roller Cafe keep non-skaters and hungry kids engaged between laps. STEM field trip packages serve school groups, and scout end-of-year celebrations are an active program on the calendar. A Dad & Me Skate Day event adds a dedicated family bonding session.
