1 / 3K1 Speed Austin
📍 North Burnet, TX
20hp electric adult and junior karts on one of the nation's largest indoor tracks. Arcade with billiards and air hockey, Paddock Lounge, two A/V meeting rooms, and birthday party packages. Junior races restricted on Friday and Saturday evenings.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for kids and teens who meet the junior kart height requirement and families wanting a competitive, adrenaline-focused outing. Junior races are unavailable after a certain evening hour on Fridays and Saturdays, so daytime or early-evening visits work best for younger racers.

Overview
K1 Speed Austin runs European-style 20hp electric karts on a large, professionally designed indoor track. Separate adult and junior kart classes accommodate a wide age range. The facility adds an arcade with pool tables and air hockey, a Paddock Lounge serving beer and wine, and two meeting rooms for group events. GLO Karting nights run on Fridays. Birthday parties and corporate packages are bookable in advance. Reviewers flag that the AC has been inconsistent - factor that in for summer visits.
