βThis place was amazing! Made the wait time fly by with a 5 and 3yo. Why donβt more airports have this? Better than any other amenity as far as Iβm concerned.β

βThe worst worst worst airport in the US. No clear directions very confusing. Plan extra time. Travelled to different countries and no problem on finding gates in different languages. Boston has to be the worst of the worst. No clear directions. You are left wondering. Had to ask associates when shouldnβt have to if directions are clear. Even the pilot and the locals walk by agreed its confusing.β
