“IF ZERO STARS WAS A OPTION I WOULD GO WITH THAT!! Save YOUR $ DO NOT GO TO KIDS EMPIRE !!!! Bad business!!! Bad customer service!! Place was filthy expired snacks for sale!!!! Dirty restrooms!!!! Employees on phone not paying attention. I witnessed people complaining about missing items and nothing was done!!! I saw the co worker with the missing items!!!! And he lied!!! The other employee posed as a manager, and helped the employees lie to person missing the items . Children did not look to b having fun!!! And price is ridiculous!!! Please do not waist your time or $. Not worth it n don’t deserve Gud people business”
