“I have experienced this facility under four owners and Landmark has done a good job taking over for AMC most recently. Yes, this is similar to a rep house or smaller screen in a multiplex. This is not the theater you are going to go to watch a widescreen movie like Superman or the live action Tame Your Dragons. It's perfect for dramas and even comedies. The new seats are very comfortable but apparently are not recliners. The staff was pleasant and professional. This was my local theater when I first moved to West Hollywood over two decades ago. When the Outfest G/L film festival happened, primarily at the DGA facility down the street, this was used as an overflow space for some of the alternative programs (like international shorts).”
