“Cold day in January and the twins are going. Crazy, parks have snow and ice yet there is not enough to go slay riding. Decided to come to Laser Bounce about to spend the afternoon. Combination of two play areas and a great arraignment of games easily helps pass the time . The pizza is great from a local place And the other food is pretty good too. If you partake there are adult beverages as well. Talking with the staff at the front counter Who are all friendly and quick to see if service is need. I got to chat with Matt, who is a manager, talk about customer service and friendliness! Needless to say, I recommend this place but not just because it’s a good place to have fun kill time on a cold or rainy day but because of the staff keeping things friendly and as organizing as possible when 1000 kids are running around.”

“The Manager Alex is great with customers , he makes sure your having a great time. Always asking if your experience is good and does this even when at peak hours with high volume of customers. I would definitely go back to his location because of the great customer service!!!”
