1 / 2Levittown Lanes
📍 Levittown, NY
A no-frills bowling alley offering affordable rates and birthday party packages. Families appreciate the budget-friendly pricing but note outdated facilities and inconsistent customer service.
Fun, nice and clean, friendly staff, bowling alley.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for budget-conscious families who prioritize low prices over atmosphere and service quality. The facility works for basic bowling with kids, but expect dated equipment and potentially frustrating interactions with staff. Consider other options if you want a more polished family experience.

“Went for the first time with some friends to catch their night special for $20. The night started great with the vibes being high (good music, party lights, lane guides projected onto the lanes) but closer to midnight they randomly turned the lights on and started cleaning up. We were a little surprised since their Google hours show they close at 1 am but I guess they didn’t update it with the new hours. We got the message we had to leave so we wrapped it up but it definitely dulled the experience a little. I would still recommend as they have cheap deals for bowling and the vibes were fun on a Saturday night. Just maybe come a little earlier in the night instead. TLDR: fun place but note they actually close at 12 am instead of 1 am as advertised.”

“We’ve been at Levittown Lanes a few times over the years, even hosted birthday parties there. The place itself is outdated and rundown compared to other bowling alleys in the area, but it’s got bowling lanes and it’s cheaper so that didn’t keep us from coming back. The 2-star rating is due to the terrible customer service provided by who I think is the supervisor, Mike. We’ve seen him there during some of our visits and he’s not warm and fuzzy, but he usually gets us our lanes and completes the transactions so it’s nothing to really complain about… until our experience today. From the moment we walked it to the almost empty building, he was rude and made us feel like we’re bothering him simply by coming in. We got our shoes and lanes, then we were told that our gift card couldn’t be applied to our games without giving us any valid explanation. Mike’s suggestion is for the purchaser to call the GM on Monday to ask for a refund. We asked if it’s possible for him to ask the GM if there’s any way to troubleshoot the issue because we’re sure we’re not the first gift card users and this was the second time our large group was attempting to bowl and use the gift card. After a quick call, he returns with a solution and voila, we can go ahead and bowl. Mind you, my group ignored Mike’s rudeness throughout the exchange. The balance of the gift card could also be applied towards our food purchases so Mike had to tell the concession worker what our available credit was but told him the wrong total. At the end of 2+ hours of bowling while I was settling the food tab, I went back to the Mike to confirm the gift card balance, and he was just a jerk… he insisted on “helping” me ahead of a group that was at the counter first, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and instead assumed he knew what I was trying to say. At that point I’ve had it and spoke above his interruptions, which is when he realized he gave the concession stand worker the wrong available balance. He didn’t apologize for his rudeness, told the server the correct balance amount, and then proceeded to help the other group. I went back to the concession stand with the worker, thanked him for his help during our visit and handed him a tip, then I apologized for the uncomfortable exchange I had with the supervisor. Mike came over before I left the food counter, and I told him directly that he shouldn’t work in customer service if he’s going to treat the customers the way he was treating anyone that came to the main desk today, and left. There’s still a small balance left on the gift card but we won’t be going back after that terrible experience.”

“Worst bowling alley I've ever been to. the most horrible pizza you will ever eat. Terrible service from the bartender. The dirtiest bowling balls you will ever touch. There is a step after you throw your ball and are walking back to your seat, that you will trip on over and over again while you are bowling. I would never go back.”
