“We booked Lasertaglive for our son’s 10th birthday and they did not disappoint!!! Let’s start from the beginning. Booking was so easy and u like other companies where you have to wait days before they contact you back. Ethan and his crew were ON IT! Always responding promptly and answering all our questions. The day of the party was looking like it was going to downpour and we were super concerned that we would have to cancel and reschedule due to the rain, but Laser Tag live informed us that we didn’t have to cancel and they had a Plan B and that they would still show up and entertain the kids and play other games. For a busy family this option was amazing! Thankfully, the rain stopped and we did not have to use Plan B but it’s always good to know that there are options. OK now let’s talk about on the scene… We did the Laser Tag at our home in our back and front yard. They bring Tents and all the gear to make an epic Laser Tag battle! Ethan was our Laser Tag guy. Our kids could not stop talking about him and the battle!! Ethan was so involved and was amazing with the kids. He made things exciting and fun. To wrap up, payment was a breeze we knew what we were getting we knew what to expect and unlike some other companies that we have encountered there was no unexpected fees of any kind. We did tip but There was absolutely zero pressure to do so. You could tell Ethan Genuinely enjoys his job. He went above and beyond the moment he got there, he communicated very very well, and honestly, it just felt like there was a big brother or an uncle there the whole time playing with the kids!! We absolutely enjoyed our experience with this company and we highly recommend booking them not only for birthday parties, but any gatherings!!”
